Suvi Auvinen - Author Visit

Vantaa's autumn author tour 2026 brings Suvi Auvinen to Lumon Library on 21.10.2026 at 18.00. The tour's theme is the future, approached from the perspectives of everyday life, society, and imagination.

Auvinen discusses her non-fiction book The World's Last Animal: On Carpenter Ants, Hope and the Power of Small Things (Gummerus, 2025). The book follows carpenter ants and explores hope and the end of the world.
