Helsinki Book Fair is the largest literature event in the Nordic region, aiming to promote reading habits, the value of literature, and book sales in Finland. The event's core values are freedom of speech, equality, and respect for human dignity.

The Antiquarian Book Fair is held alongside the main fair in collaboration with the Finnish Antiquarian Booksellers Association. The programme also includes a Record Fair and Collectors' Area, as well as activities for children and a dedicated children's zone.

One ticket grants access to both the Book Fair and the simultaneous Wine & Food event.
