Education Students' Autumn Party 2026

To celebrate the start of the new academic year, education students (fuxes) gather for a traditional autumn party on Monday 1.9. at 17:30 in Mattilanniemi park and its surroundings.

Education students here refers loosely to those studying education or otherwise belonging to education-related fields - if you feel you belong to education areas, you are warmly welcome! The event is free.

The programme begins with team assignments at 17:30, station activities start at 18:00 and the event concludes around 21:00. Stations are completed in randomly drawn teams, so you'll get to know fuxes from other subject associations. Organizers include Emile, Pedago, Varkaat, Abakus, Jano, Sool and Pedaali.

The event follows safer space principles, which can be found on your subject association's website. Safety personnel are also present and can be approached with a low threshold, for example in cases of inappropriate behaviour. Registration opens on Tuesday 25.8. at 15:00 in Kide.app. The autumn party's official continuation is the Autumn Season Opening at Freetime - this is a separate event, so a ticket must be purchased separately from Kide.app.
