Vrid Upp (SE), Trench Dogs (SE), The Switchblades

Bar Loose hosts three bands on 24 October 2026: Swedish acts Vrid Upp and Trench Dogs, plus Helsinki-based The Switchblades.

Vrid Upp features Mr Gyp Casino (ex-Hanoi Rocks), Danne Lagerstädt (ex-Andy McCoy Band), Gyp's son Preben Sporre (Gyp Junior), Saile, and Linus Wallin. The band plays both classic material and new songs. Trench Dogs was founded in Stockholm in 1993 and has released two full-length albums since 2018 - a third is in the works. The lineup includes Andy Hekkandi (vocals), Mattias Johansson (guitar), Erwan "Stone" Lengline (guitar), Daniel Ekholm (bass), and Martin Andersson (drums). The Switchblades are a young Helsinki band blending rock'n'roll, rockabilly-boogie, and punk rock.
