Encounters 3: Zherbin & Ksenia Voy Kheninen x Risto Puurunen

Encounters 3 is an interactive art installation by three artists who describe it as "artificial intelligence without artificial intelligence". In Zherbin's, Ksenia Voy Kheninen's, and Risto Puurunen's joint exhibition, clay, scrap metal, wire, light, glass, sound waves, and objects found in the environment transform into works that respond to visitors' movements and touch. Each visit creates a different soundscape - the work is reborn every time.

The exhibition's works serve as monuments to an era when technology attempts to imitate the mortal. The exhibition is curated by photographer Pekka Elomaa together with the gallery's team. Encounters 3 is the third part of Pertin Valinta x Tiketti Gallery's four-part Encounters exhibition series.

The exhibition is open 4.9.-3.10.2026. Opening 3.9. at 17.00-19.00. Hours: Wed-Fri 14.00-18.00, Sat 12.00-16.00.
