Meeting Café gathers once a month at Ison Omenan Stage over coffee, tea and light refreshments - the aim is to share information, get to know each other and build community.

Espoo's wellbeing plan is based on three phenomena: loneliness, safety and mental health. Espoo city safety coordinator Satu Laukkanen and wellbeing director Taru Ikäheimonen speak on the topic. Diploma engineer Matti Grönroos opens the discussion on digital safety - including how to protect yourself from fraud. Home economics teacher Martta Anne Lempinen addresses everyday safety from the perspective of older people.
