Heavy Metal Thunderstrike vol 16

In Jyväskylä, the stage is warmed up by one of Finland's most interesting new names in death metal. The tour's other stops are Lahti and Joensuu.

MINDLESS SINNER (SWE) arrives in Finland for the first time. Active since 1981, the band has played regularly at European heavy festivals, and now Heavy Metal Thunderstrike brings them together with their countrymen Helvetets Port on a club tour of Finland. The band is best known for their classic albums Master of Evil and Turn on the Power.

HELVETETS PORT (SWE) has been playing their own brand of heavy metal for 25 years. Their latest full-length album Warlords received a warm reception. The band deeply respects the evening's headliner and other Swedish heavy metal legends, but holds firmly to their own style and attitude.

THUNDERSSON is a familiar face at Heavy Metal Thunderstrike, and the evening is hosted by DJ Salamanteri.
