Harvest Dinner at Saarijärvi Ruustinna

Saarijärvi Ruustinna hosts a harvest dinner featuring a menu built from the produce of local farmers in the region. The table is set with forest mushroom soup, pickled cucumbers, salad topped with Jukola cheese, offerings from Tarmo fish, Hukanmäki beef, herb potatoes, and root vegetables. The dessert table features apples, strawberries, and lingonberries.

The dinner is prepared in collaboration with Tarvola farm, Hukanmäki Highland, Jauhoniemi potatoes, Luotola farm, Sahinaho honey, Nordic for You, Jukola cheese, and Tarmo fish.
