Haavat is a Helsinki-based band whose members have known each other since kindergarten. The band has developed its current line-up and sound over the past two years. Collaboration with Sony Music Finland began in spring 2025, and the debut single Haavat was released in August 2025 - it reached position #177 on Spotify's Top200 chart. So far, the band has released four singles: Haavat, Kaupunki, Valmis and Mustikkamaa.

The songs are created mainly by producer-composer-songwriters Walter and Markus, but for the upcoming album, the band has explored new creative approaches with the full line-up. The music combines pop elements with a more traditional band sound, which really shines in live performance. Line-up: Markus Laine (vocals & lyrics), Walter Willamo (guitar, bass & lyrics), Aimo Eräkorpi (guitar, bass & lyrics) and Eelis Nordberg (drums). The multi-instrumentalist band may switch instruments during live shows depending on the vibe and arrangements.

Semifinal has zero tolerance for disruption, harassment, discrimination, violence and abuse of power - every visitor is expected to commit to the principles of a safer space. Also be mindful of the people around you. The venue is accessible; entrance via stairs.
