Traveling Jones featuring Esa Kuloniemi plays Fleetwood Mac

Traveling Jones has invited guitarist and singer Esa "Bluesministeri" Kuloniemi as soloist. He is counted among Finland's most renowned Fleetwood Mac experts. The band is known as the regular lineup for Pepe Ahlqvist and Eero Raitis, and Kuloniemi has previously played in groups including Honey B & T-Bones.

The evening's programme focuses on the original Fleetwood Mac's output - the band was founded in 1967 in London by Peter Green. The original lineup began as an authentic British blues band and evolved toward the end of the decade in a more eclectic direction - it is considered a precursor to the jam band concept. Green's and Danny Kirwan's compositions influenced even The Beatles, and the band was courted by Apple Records. Classics include "Albatross", "Oh, Well", "Man of the World" and "Jigsaw Puzzle Blues".
