Drawing Studio Open Doors at the Main Building

The Drawing Studio's operations move to autumn 2026 to the University of Helsinki's main building, at the Science Museum Liekki's exhibition center. The temporary premises open to the public on 16.9.2026 from 12.00 to 18.00, and drawing master Vappu Rossi will be present from 15.00 to 18.00 to tell about the studio's history, activities, and art.

The exhibition features highlights from the plaster collection and selections of works by artists who studied at the Drawing Studio, including pieces from Finland's so-called golden age of art. Vappu Rossi's own works are also on display. You can draw in the space - bring your own materials or borrow from the studio.
