Clothing Alteration and Sewing Workshops

Once a month, young people aged 13-28 gather for clothing alteration and sewing workshops at Oodi's City Workshop. Bring clothes that need repair or modification, and use the sewing machines, overlockers, and basic sewing materials and tools available on site. You can also come to practice using a sewing machine or overlocker.

No advance registration is required.

The event is organized jointly by Helsinki Youth Services and Oodi Central Library. The event is part of the make-a-thek project, which has received funding from the EU's Horizon Europe programme.
