A Toast to Gustav is a Swedish-language historical musical performance set in 1790 at a celebration in Viborg following the Swedish navy's victory. King Gustav III himself guides the audience through the evening's melodies and the king's own texts, concluding with a toast in his majesty's honor.

Musicians Carolina Bjon (baroque cello) and Julia Tamminen (harpsichord) perform music by Karl Heinrich Graun, Francesco Antonio Baldassare Uttini, and Johan Helmich Roman. Elias Edström plays Gustav III.
