Krzysztof Pastorin's choreography for Dracula was a major success at its 2024 premiere and now returns to the repertoire by popular demand. Bram Stoker's classic tale of a Transylvanian count has become a favourite theme in popular culture since 1897 - inspired by Vlad the Impaler, a 15th-century Wallachian prince.

The ballet's music is composed by Wojciech Kilar. Kilar also wrote the score for Francis Ford Coppola's Oscar-winning Dracula film (1992), and the ballet features other works from his catalogue.
