Nordic Walking Technique Instruction in Maunula

The Capital Region Back Health Associations organize a free outdoor activity on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 10:30 to 12:00 at Stadin Community Center Saunabaari in Maunula. The programme includes Nordic walking technique instruction, coffee, and information about the project.

Dress for outdoor activity and the day's weather. You can bring your own walking poles, but Saunabaari has a few available to borrow - and you can join the walk without poles.
