METKA Autumn Fuksiaiset 2026

METKA's Autumn Fuksiaiset takes place on Tuesday 15.9.2026 in Kaivopuisto, Helsinki. This year's theme is the Middle Ages. Fuksiaiset is a park celebration for new students, where participants complete fun stations with their group and tutors throughout Kaivopuisto. The stations are open from 16:00 to 20:00.

Dress according to the weather and theme - the best-dressed group and the group that completes the stations best will be rewarded. After the station circuit, the evening continues with Metropolia's interdisciplinary fuksiaiset afterparty, Fuusio, in Kaivopuisto, where winners are crowned. The most enthusiastic can continue to unofficial afterparties at Apollo (note: cloakroom fee is paid separately at the door).

When buying a ticket, you will need your class code. Exchange students write "EXCHANGE" here. Remember to activate your METKA membership in the Kide.app before purchasing a member-priced ticket - membership information is transferred to Kide.app manually a couple of times per day, so membership may not update immediately.
