Timo Tuominen brings Jacques Brel's classic chansons to the National Theatre of Finland in Helsinki on Saturday, 7 November 2026 at 19:00. The National Theatre, the country's oldest professional theatre founded in 1872, stands on Railway Square in an Art Nouveau building designed by Onni Tarjanne. The programme features both well-known and new Finnish translations with live musicians - each chanson unfolds like a scene exploring friendship, death, longing, love and joy. Tuominen also performs his own songs addressing contemporary themes. Admission costs 21-55 euros. This is the second of two Finnish dates on the artist's tour.
