Miss Jane Marple spends her retirement in an English village - but this time a sprained ankle keeps her at home. The injured leg does not, however, prevent the amateur detective from finding herself at the heart of a murder mystery when the famous film star Marina Gregg moves to the village and a local woman, Heather Lee, is poisoned at her cocktail party. Was Marina Gregg herself the real target of the murder, and who would want the famous film star dead?

From Scotland Yard, Superintendent Dermot Craddock is sent to investigate the case, but ultimately the help of the sharp-eyed Miss Marple is needed.

Murmuu Theatre brings Agatha Christie's crime story "The Mirror Crack'd" to the stage, adapted for the theatre by Rachel Wagstaff and translated into Finnish by Juho Gröndahl. Directed by Erika Hast. Premiere at Muurame Cultural Centre's stage on 17.10.2026.
