International Muurame - Expertise and Opportunities: An Inspiring Talk on Meeting Different Backgrounds, Cultures and Perspectives in Working Life

Saynur Soramies, who specializes in diversity in working life and intercultural communication, will speak at the event. The talk is aimed especially at employers and company representatives, but also at anyone interested in an internationalizing Finland and the future of working life.

The programme also presents a pathway developed in the ESR+ project that supports companies' expertise needs and the meeting of international specialists, as well as the support offered by the Muurame Business Lab partner network for recruitment and skills needs. At the end of the event, afternoon coffee or mulled wine will be served.
