MIKKELI CITY ORCHESTRA: MAESTRO! MOZART, THANK YOU!

Mikkeli's concert and congress hall mikaeli hosts the Mikkeli City Orchestra on Thursday, 19 November 2026, in an all-Mozart programme conducted by principal conductor Erkki Lasonpalo. The concert features the overture from La Finta Giardiniera, Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 12 in A major, and Symphony No. 29. Italian pianist Paolo Scafarella performs as soloist, making his debut in Mikkeli. This is the second of two Finnish dates on Lasonpalo's tour - the first took place earlier in October at the same venue, giving Mikkeli audiences the chance to hear classical music under the maestro's baton twice within a short span.
