Club For Five and the Finnish Air Force Big Band bring Pave Maijasen's music to Mikkeli on Thursday, 12 November 2026 at the concert and congress hall mikaeli. Conducting is music major Ville Paakkunainen. The programme features well-known songs such as Lähtisitkö, Jano and Elämän nälkä arranged for big band. This is one of five Finnish concert dates where Club For Five performs Maijasen's legacy in a fresh form. The concert unites two significant orchestras in a distinctive interpretation.

Ilmavoimien Big Band is the Finnish Air Force's official big band, founded in the 1960s. The ensemble plays big band jazz and performs at both official military events and public concerts across Finland. It is one of the best-known musical ensembles in the Finnish Defence Forces.
