Physical Activity Children's Park

A free physical activity children's park is held at Hankasalmi Multipurpose Centre (Kirkkotie 11) on Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00 on the following dates: 26.9., 10.10., and 14.11. You can arrive flexibly according to your own schedule.

The children's park has two instructors, an obstacle course, and other physical activities. The programme is designed for preschool-age children and pupils in grades 1-3. Older children in the family are also welcome, provided they follow shared rules and participate in the park's activities. Children over 1 year old can be left in the instructors' care during a parent's own exercise time - for example, to visit the gym or go out into the local nature. The park has a 10-minute crying limit, so the parent must be at the multipurpose centre or in its immediate vicinity.

Practical tips: use your child's toilet before arriving, do not bring food into the sports hall due to allergy risks. In the hall, people move barefoot, in slippers, or in white-soled indoor sports shoes. It is recommended to bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing.
