Over the years, Tarvaspää has witnessed all manner of phenomena - museum visitors have even reported supernatural experiences. The house carries over a hundred years of stories: about its residents, their famous guests, and secrets known to few.

The tour winds through the dimly lit museum from the studio to the uppermost tower room. Along the way, you'll hear accounts, rumours, and tales from literature, as well as Tarvaspää's history, which may be new to you.

The test group tour takes place on Saturday, 31.10.2026 from 18:00 to 19:00, concluding with a brief feedback session in the studio. The tour accommodates 12 participants, and places can be reserved through the museum's online shop. The tour is conducted in Finnish.

The tour is not suitable for small children. The stairs to the tower are steep and without railings, so the tour is not accessible. Following the test group tour, guided ghost tours will continue at a later date to be announced separately, outside regular museum hours, and a fee will apply.
