Master Molto and All the Missing Instruments

Duration: 40 minutes (no intermission)

"Master Molto and All the Missing Instruments" is a family musical where Master Molto's instruments have mysteriously disappeared. The search takes him deep into the forest, where quirky animals help with the adventure - and the audience's help is also needed. Along the way, familiar interactive songs are heard, some from the children's show Pikku Kakkos and some composed for the play. The performance introduces many instruments: clarinet, bass clarinet, saxophone, flute, guitar, ukulele, and glockenspiel.

Master Molto is a music teacher character created by Isa-Eerika Lehto, with a touch of clown and a dash of conductor. Isa-Eerika Lehto is known from Yle TV2's Pikku Kakkos, and Master Molto has his own TV series and podcast Master Molto's Break. The second lead role is played by actor Juha-Pekka Mikkola, whose voice is familiar from numerous animated series. The play premiered at Musiikkiteatteri Kapsäkki on 16 November 2024.
