Baby Cinema

Malmi Library hosts baby-friendly film screenings on Friday afternoons for families with infants.

The multipurpose room is dimly lit and the sound is quieter than usual. You can bring your own snacks, a portable crib, or whatever you need - the space allows for feeding, changing nappies, and resting peacefully. Films are selected from the adult collection and chosen to suit baby cinema.

On 25 September, the programme features Summer Book, a film based on Tove Jansson's novel. The dialogue is in English with Finnish subtitles.
