Comic Workshop Kupla - Children's Book Festival

A drop-in comic workshop. What makes up a story? How do you get started with comics?

The workshop teaches comic drawing using three panels, three basic shapes, and three emotions. If you wish, you can also learn to create your own comic magazine and fill its pages with your stories.

The workshop is led by children's author, illustrator, and comic artist Anna Härmälä, known for books such as Suruposki and Sinkkumutsi. The workshop's primary language is Swedish, but Finnish and English are also welcome.
