Tell Your Birds & Manu Rosales - Global Club Nights

Global Club Nights (GCN) is a club series where people who work with and love music gather to celebrate music together. Kanneltalo hosts two club evenings in autumn 2026: on 2 October, Humphrey Mubba and Trio Mandeng perform, and on 20 November - Universal Children's Day - Tell Your Birds and Manu Rosales take the stage.

The evenings are free and start early, so children are welcome with an adult. In addition to music, there is other programming suitable for children.

Manu Rosales is a composer, guitarist and singer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. His Volver Siguiendo concert travels through the music styles of Argentina, Brazil and the Andes mountains, examining tradition and identity as a living, ongoing process. Rosales performs his own and yet-to-be-released songs with his ensemble in an acoustic arrangement.

Tell Your Birds is a contemporary folk music ensemble formed by Vija Moore (Latvia; percussion, balafon, vocals), Kärt Tambet (Estonia; violin and vocals), Simone Spampinato (Italy; synthesizer and live electronics) and Kristīne Tukre (Latvia; concert zither).

The GCN evenings are produced by Kanneltalo Cultural Centre in collaboration with the Sibelius Academy's Global Music programme and the World Music Centre.
