POLKU Week is a four-day event bringing together students, entrepreneurs, companies and the local community for ideas, new connections and hands-on experiences across Joensuu - 22 to 25 September 2026.

Each day takes place at a different venue with its own theme: Riveria on 22.9 (From Skill to Business), Wärtsilä on 23.9 (From Idea to Business), UEF Carelia on 24.9 (From Lab to Business), and HUB Joensuu on 25.9 (POLKU Celebration).

The programme includes workshops, talks, networking, challenges and other ways to explore entrepreneurship. The event is open to anyone - whether you have a business idea already or are just curious about what entrepreneurship looks like.
