About the venue

Pyynikki is a forested ridge in Tampere, best known for its observation tower and the legendary doughnuts sold at the tower café. The ridge is also home to Pyynikin kesäteatteri, an open-air theatre set among pine trees - one of the oldest summer theatres in Finland, staging musicals and plays each summer season.
