About the venue

Vallilan siirtolapuutarha is one of Helsinki's oldest allotment garden areas, established in the 1920s. Its rows of small cottages and garden plots sit close to the city centre, giving the place a distinctly old-fashioned, village-like feel. In summer the area hosts community events and open-garden days.
