Triptykon ar ett schweiziskt avant-garde extreme metal-band fran Zurich, grundat 2008 av Tom Gabriel Warrior efter Celtic Frosts upplosning. Bandet for arvet fran Hellhammer och Celtic Frost vidare i en tyngre, dystrare och mer atmosfarisk riktning - i skarvlandet mellan black, death och doom metal. Debuten "Eparistera Daimones" (2010) och uppfoljaren "Melana Chasmata" (2014) fick bada bred kritisk uppskattning, och ett fjarde studioalbum ar under arbete for Century Media Records.
Triptykon announced limited cassette editions of their first two albums "Eparistera Daimones" and "Melana Chasmata" - the first time either has appeared on cassette.
A limited fine art and jewellery collection tied to Celtic Frost's "Morbid Tales" was unveiled via Down With The Most High Productions.

Triptykon announced they are working on their fourth studio album, planned for release via Century Media Records/Sony Music Entertainment in 2025, and signed a new licensing agreement with the label on 1 June 2024.
