Joose Keskitalo (born 1982, Kiukainen) is a Finnish singer-songwriter based in Savonlinna, active since his 2004 debut Luoja auta. Over two decades he has released 16 full-length albums - many with the ensemble The Mystic Revelation of Teppo Repo - ranging from folk and ethno-prog to esoteric lament-funk, and he has won the Savonlinna City Cultural Prize. He has also been a member of the acclaimed group Paavoharju, and his label home throughout has been Helmi Levyt.
Keskitalo released his third English-language album 'Cursed Be Those Mariners, They Lead a Wicked Life' on Helmi Levyt, followed by a European tour throughout April 2026.
The April 2026 European tour opened with Finnish dates before the first international show in Hamburg on 8 April.
Keskitalo released his 16th album 'Tähdet palaavat paikoilleen' with The Mystic Revelation of Teppo Repo, marking 20 years since his debut.
Keskitalo performed a three-night themed concert series at G Livelab Helsinki in October 2024, each evening focusing on a different era of his career.
Keskitalo received the Savonlinna City Cultural Prize, awarded every two years, at the joint independence day celebration of the city and the parish union.
