Pertti 'Pepe' Ahlqvist (born 4 July 1956 in Nastola) is a Finnish blues singer, guitarist and harmonica player whose career stretches back to the late 1960s. He is a honorary member of the Finnish Blues Society and a recognised figure in the wider European blues scene, having logged over 6,000 gigs across Finland, Europe and North America. His bands - Chicago Overcoat, H.A.R.P. and The Rolling Tumbleweed - each left a mark on Finnish blues, and in 2017 he received a lifetime achievement award at the Finnish Blues Awards.
