Saeid Shanbehzadeh is an Iranian-French musician and composer from the Bushehr region of southern Iran. He plays the ney-anba, a traditional bagpipe of the Persian Gulf, and has spent decades bringing the music of that coastal tradition to international audiences - blending its ancient rhythms with contemporary sounds.
