Yön Lintu is a dance solo by Gáddjá Haarla Piesk centred on the endangered eagle owl (Bubo bubo) and its search for belonging. The piece plays with a theatrical owl costume until the costume's magic fades and something else is revealed. Dance serves as the vehicle for a layered, contradictory story.
