In this open discussion group for older adults, we explore current topics and do exercises that support mental wellbeing. The group is also for anyone who wants to keep their Swedish alive.

The service centre's activities are free for pensioners and unemployed people in Helsinki. To participate, you need a service centre card, which you can get for free from the service centre's information desk.
