Senior Dance Fitness

A solo dance class where the dance style changes from Latin rhythms to jazz and Oriental dance. Indoor sessions in the N building's gym, outdoor sessions in the F building's courtyard.

Summer classes require no advance registration - all service centre clients are welcome. Indoor sessions accommodate the first 20 participants in order of arrival. In case of rain, outdoor sessions move indoors.
