Mind and Flash, Memory-Activating Group at Laajasalo Health Station

An open and free group for pensioners and unemployed people in Helsinki interested in brain-stimulating activities. The group is especially suitable for people who may experience memory decline or have concerns about their memory.

Participation requires a service centre card. The card is free and can be obtained from staff.
