Park Fitness Class

Fitness exercise with simple step patterns, plus muscle strength, balance, and mobility exercises performed standing. Equipment is provided on site.

Park fitness classes are held on the grounds near the F building, indoor classes in the sports hall of the N building. Summer fitness classes require no advance registration - all service centre customers are welcome. In case of rain, we move indoors. Indoor classes accommodate the first 20 participants in order of arrival.
