Children's Dance Afternoon: Free Dance for Ages 3-5

This workshop introduces 3-5-year-olds to free dance expression through play, collaboration, and experimentation. No previous dance experience is needed. The focus is on building confidence in physical self-expression and the joy it brings.

Children participate independently, though an adult may stay in the room if needed. There is also a quiet corner with books and other activities for when dancing becomes tiring or overwhelming.
