Children's Dance Afternoon: Free Dance for Ages 3-5

In this session, children are introduced to free dance expression through play, collaboration, and experimentation. Children participate in the workshop primarily on their own, though an adult may stay in the room if the child feels anxious.

No previous dance experience is required. The sessions focus especially on building confidence in physical self-expression and experiencing the joy it brings. The room includes a small quiet corner where children can read or do other activities if dancing becomes tiring or overwhelming.
