Drawing Workshop at Alvar Aalto's Atelier

Come and be inspired by the line of Aalto! In the drawing workshop organized by the Alvar Aalto Foundation, you can unleash your creativity inspired by the modernist pioneers Alvar, Aino, and Elissa Aalto.

No previous sketching experience is needed - everyone is welcome! The workshop begins with a guide explaining Aalto's design philosophy, their relationship with different materials, and presenting sketches created by the Aaltos. The workshop continues with a drawing session where you can either design your own design classic or sketch the surrounding space or details.

The venue provides work tools, but you can also bring your own sketching materials. However, inks and charcoal should be left at home to protect the atelier's light-colored surfaces.
