Circus Of Rock began as a solo project by drummer Mirka "Leka" Rantanen. The debut album "Come One Come All" (2021) featured musicians from bands including Amaranthe, Tyketto, Hardline, Nightwish, Leverage, Stratovarius, Brother Firetribe, and Masterplan. "In Times Of Despair" sung by Elise Rydin has accumulated over 300,000 streams on Spotify, and the music video for "Desperate Cry" performed by Johnny Gioeli has exceeded 200,000 views on YouTube. The second album "Lost Behind The Mask" (2023) brought in guests from bands such as Uriah Heep, Lordi, Pink Cream 69, Girish And The Chronicles, Sons Of Apollo, and Ring Of Fire - "Nine Lives" sung by Mr. Lordi has reached approximately 140,000 views on YouTube.

In September 2024, Circus Of Rock became an official band with Mark Boals as the permanent vocalist - an American artist known as the singer for Yngwie Malmsteen, who has also performed with Dokken, Dio Disciples, and Ted Nugent's band. The band's third album "Hellfire" was released in June 2025.

Mirka Rantanen has performed on over 40 albums throughout his nearly 40-year career (including Raskasta Joulua, Warmen, Thunderstone, Kotipelto, Northern Kings, King Company). In 2008, he also created the Hevisaurus band for children, for which he received the Emma Award. The evening opens with the Finnish band Crow's Flight.

Accessibility: the event is accessible for people with mobility limitations, but the venue has stairs and thresholds. Staff can assist with elevator access to the club on the lower floor.
