Pietarin Spektaakkeli celebrates the release of its latest double album - and this is one of the band's final performances. The group, consisting of Pietari Kiviharjun (vocals/rap/guitar), Mitja Tuuralan (double bass), Tyko Haapalan (drums) and Sami "Kanttori" Niemisen (organ), moves between blues, soul, funk, reggae, rap, punk and iskelmä - from raw, ascetic voodoo sounds to folk dance hall rallies.
Son Demon & His Holy Boys is a Tampere-based band playing raw, primitive rockabilly in 1950s style. Influences range from classic rock'n'roll and blues to garage rock, psychobilly and punk, but the heart is authentic Sun Records sound. The band released their debut EP "Son Demon & The Holy Boys" in 2022 and the LP "Boptized" in 2023. A new release is expected in 2026.
