Broken By The Scream (JPN)

Japanese "metal screaming idol" band Broken By The Scream (BBTS) performs at On The Rocks on 28 July. Founded in 2017, the band combines extreme metal with Japanese idol culture and completed a European tour across seven countries in 2025. They also perform at major festivals this summer including Wacken Open Air, Reload Festival, and Summer Breeze Open Air.

BBTS released their fourth album "Solar Strain" in August 2025, featuring the 14-minute track "Tsuioku no Nasca" among others. This year the band signed a record deal with Metal Blade Records.
