Studio Laive hosts country yoga at Niittyaho farm in Muurame. The programme includes approximately 45 minutes of gentle and easy yoga, followed by about 15 minutes of sound bowl relaxation.

After relaxation, the evening continues with dinner or lunch. The price is 49 €.

Bring your own yoga mat and comfortable clothes - the space is unheated, so dress accordingly.
