Art for All - Graphic Workshop
ilmainen
This open graphic workshop invites everyone to experiment with art using an accessible gel printing technique. No previous experience is needed, the technique suits all ages, and instructors provide guidance in Finnish, Swedish, and English. The event takes place on Espoo Day at Tapiola Library.
Graphic prints are created using gel plates and natural plants on discarded books from the library and recycling centre. Water-soluble paints are used, and each print is a unique monotype. The prints dry quickly, so you can take your finished work home immediately. The prints can be glued onto recycled cardboard to create a small artwork or made into art cards.
The workshop is organized by the Luovat Lyylit team, consisting of creative entrepreneurs Heli Alén, Pirre Toikkanen, and Annakaisa Kilpinen.
