Pilke Group

The Pilke Group offers guided peer support for older adults with current or past substance abuse issues. You can join the group as you are, with no requirement to change your lifestyle. The group provides support for daily life, companionship, and meaningful activities. Meetings begin with a shared breakfast and a check-in round where everyone shares how they are doing, and activities are planned together with the group.

The service center's activities are intended for pensioners and unemployed residents of Helsinki. Participation is free unless otherwise stated. The required service center card can be obtained free of charge from the service center's information desk.
