Circus Course for Seniors, Group 1 - Masters of Adventure

Stoa's circus course for seniors meets on Tuesdays from 1.9 to 10.11 (not during autumn break on 13.10), group 1 from 14.30 to 15.30. The course consists of 10 lessons of 60 minutes each and is held in Stoa's music hall. The instructor is circus teacher Enrique Salas. The course is free.

During the lessons, balance and mobility exercises are performed using circus equipment. The exercises focus on areas important for older adults: balance, flexibility, coordination, and social interaction. No prior experience is needed - the desire to learn new skills is enough. The course is multilingual: instruction is available in English, Spanish, and Finnish.
