Circus Course for Seniors, Group 2 - Adventure Masters

Stoa's circus course for seniors meets on Tuesdays from 1.9 to 10.11 (not during autumn break on 13.10). Group 2 meets from 16:00 to 17:00 in Stoa's music hall. The course consists of 10 lessons (10 x 60 min) and is led by circus instructor Enrique Salas. The course is free.

The course focuses on balance, flexibility, coordination, and body control using circus equipment. No prior experience is needed - just the desire to learn new skills. Teaching takes place in three languages: English, Spanish, and Finnish.
