Seela Sella and Esko Roine: Love Letters

Seela Sella and Esko Roine's production of "Love Letters" has been rescheduled from spring to autumn due to illness. The new performance time is Tuesday, 1 September at 18:00. In the play, Andrew and Melissa are childhood friends who stay in touch through letters over many decades. They live their separate lives, build careers and relationships, grow middle-aged and grow old - and occasionally one of them suggests meeting. The nature of the play is that it is not memorized: the performance happens in the moment, and the correspondence is genuine, raw and funny.

Love Letters is a two-person play that has been performed worldwide by, among others, Elizabeth Taylor, Gerard Depardieu, Mia Farrow, Tom Hanks and Mel Gibson. It premiered at Tampere Theatre on 29 January 2019. Duration: 1 hour 45 minutes (including intermission).
